Not that I have found, but I'm just getting into this.
I'm in huntsville and still deciding on which metal detector to buy.
I hope to be getting one soon though.

love to quest got place to search about 15 min east of huntsville . but would like places closer to my home .the thing about this hobby is that there are cool stuff in your yard. but i would love to and thanks for the offer.

I'm not sure of good places, but there are a few park in and around HSV.
I'm planing to start with the parks, but hope to find other places as well.
What part of Hsv are you in? I'm near the space and rocket center.
