Double gold at the beach

Had today off so after doing the "important" things, went to beach and pulled out these guys with the new Deus. The mans' ring is stamped 14k and the ladies 18K and that is a 10 point diamond in it. Also found some small change, deep. Having a difficult time with the camera. The rings are not really out of focus. View attachment IMG_0069.jpg

No, more than a couple hundred yards apart. Ladies' ring no more than 2" deep.

I didn't measure the depth, but the ladies' ring was barely under the top of the sand, I'd say 1-2 inches. You never know.

I just bought the "antennae" for going underwater with it. I would maybe go knee deep, but I can cover so much more ground on the dry sand, I'm not sure water digging is for me. It was raining fairly hard on Saturday. I was CW digging (see the other post from today) and put a ziplock bag on the earphone and stuck the main unit in a zippie bag and stuck it in my pocket. Had no problems.
