Check around the yellow line rectangles, if near any exposed quartz outcrops, would be the best spot.

I first thought by the shape, this might be a stone placed over an entrance. But taking a closer look, it appears to be only a quart outcrop.

I'm not really expecting there to be an entrance at the yellow marked spots, meant only as places to check for native gold. The red line rectangle spot, probably would have a lot more potential, for a cave or carved symbols. But if you find quartz veins in rock (in the area of yellow marked), those might be a good place to check for old mine entrances.

I've examined a little better, the photo where it looked like a quartz outcrop. This could be a carved stone instead, check the rock for carved symbols or if they seal an entrance.
