I think we all need to own timeshares in all of our favorite treasure hunting locations and just "rotate". Everytime I go back and forth between one state or another, there are those "state laws" that one has to circumvent, such as "impact fees", vehicle registration, insurance issues, drivers license requirements....I'm just "visiting" on the long term vacation plan. I drive state governments and insurance companies "crazy" (as just when they think they've "got me" I am back in a different state, and the ball starts rolling all over again) "cept" last time I was in Florida AIG figured out I was not driving in Arkansas and they refused to renew my insurance policy. I can't see how that is legal if I am a resident of Arkansas and just in Florida on an extended vacation, but they did it !

So now that my treasure plans incorporate 5 states...???

(Hey if we go to that undesired "National Drivers License Plan" the global people are pushing, does that mean I will be a legal resident of ALL 50 States and Puerto Rico) ?
