Hardly ever snows here in the south hahaha! But the water does helpI live in Arizona which sucks because when the snow falls and freezes on the east coast it shifts. When it shifts it moves things and makes for great metal detecting once everything dries up. Plus we don't get a lot of rain and water makes the ground softer, allowing the signal to go deeper. I know I shouldn't complain, but these are advantages of the hobby.
What did it come up as I. The AT pro?
Andrew, That is awesome! I only hope to find silver that old. I did find a 1802 Large Cent last year, which is my oldest coin. I'll be heading back once the snow clears to see if I can find some silver from the same era. Congrats. Dan
Sure does! I got away with some really cool WWII stuff off an old abandoned airfield today.Hardly ever snows here in the south hahaha! But the water does help
