I Was blessed enough yesterday to dig this 1802 Spanish half reale. It was 6 inches deep and found with the AT Pro. I also found an Indian Wars eagle button and a few bottles. It was truely a great way to end my 14th birthday. image-2303683060.jpg

Andrew,

That is awesome! I only hope to find silver that old. I did find a 1802 Large Cent last year, which is my oldest coin. I'll be heading back once the snow clears to see if I can find some silver from the same era.

Congrats.
Dan

I live in Arizona which sucks because when the snow falls and freezes on the east coast it shifts. When it shifts it moves things and makes for great metal detecting once everything dries up. Plus we don't get a lot of rain and water makes the ground softer, allowing the signal to go deeper. I know I shouldn't complain, but these are advantages of the hobby.

Hardly ever snows here in the south hahaha! But the water does help
