That's an odd cateye marble. I don't know who made that one. What's so cool about it is the aqua color in the base glass on one side. I've seen probably tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of cateyes but I don't recall one like that. It should have some value being it's so out of the ordinary (many cateyes have low value, most have none).

Funny thing is I’ve got a few very early marbles, and never even thought once of any value. I found two or three at the demo’ed house built in the 1800’s.
