It's a U.S. Navy button. The basic design has been around since the 1840's. This version, with the eagle looking to your left, was standardized in 1941. Prior to that time, on many varieties the eagle was facing in the opposite direction.

I meant US Navy Button. At a glance I thought It was a CS Staff, now I need to dig
a few so I can instantly tell the Difference .LOL
