Early Militia Button Found

Got out today with the detector and scouted out a few Cellar Holes. Found this early button right on the edge of one hole. Anyone know what this dates. Closest I cound match is in Alberts GI 65 Militia Convex 1 piece.​

Did you possibly reverse the photo?
All of the buttons I know, the eagle is
holding the arrows in the left claw.
Very nice find.
