Easy Come, Easy Go

After my last hunt where Don and I found an 1895 Injun and some wheats I decided to give the nice old lady that gave us permission to hunt a surprise. I could tell when we found the Injun that she really wanted it. I told her I would clean it up a bit and bring it back to her. Her hand clenched that darn Injun and I thought she would not give it back to me to clean it up. Well she finally did and it has been a few days since we found it. I will give her this when I go see her today. I hope she likes it as a conversation peice with all her friends. And hopefully grant us permission to bottle dig her privy pit.....HH all and be safe out there....Jgas..

That gesture is fantastic. Great looking disply. You can't imagine how happy the owner will be with that display and your kindness.
I made a shadowbox for a few owners myself, and every time I hunt one of those spots now, the owners brag about their shadowboxes when they introduce me to their family & friends. It's an awesome feeling.
