OK, I GOT IT FIGGURED OUT. They just have to pass a law that the parts that aren't implemented on schedule as per the original bill are automatically voided. Hay most of the bill would be gone on signing and the rest can't stand alone. Frank...

Wrong. I've said it before in this forum ...

Disallow ALL exemptions. That means NO exemption for ANYONE. The bill MUST BE IMPLEMENTED EXACTLY AS WRITTEN ... that includes the unions ... that includes the president's contributors ... that includes the House and Senate ... that includes EVERYONE.

Once that is accomplished, and the crapstorm that should hit does for the 2014 elections, there will be no more ID10Ts who can stop the repeal of ZEROcare.

It would be overwhelming because EVERYTHING would already be happening. Copays by themselves would start a lynching party among the deadbeats. Zeroman could not stand.

I like your plan, BUT, you see what is actually happening. BO is picking and choosing what parts to actually enforce, Congress has exempted itself. Hay, I thought they were supposed to follow the laws too. Can't wait for that election! Frank... 111-2 700 head of old man.jpg

I like the Chadeaux plan too. But Frankin is dead on with:tongue3: this one. the BO is picking and choosing the people and businesses to be exempted, subsidized, and which laws will go into effect and when. He is rigging the elections and breaking the law, that he was so keen to set up.

Well ... if certain people had backbones - rather than being spineless wonders masquerading as conservatives - they would put a stop to the exemptions. Just raise holy hell about it every time someone sticks a camera or mic in their face. They won't though, because they apparently are in on the scam and stand to profit from it.

I thought congress was supposed to make laws, not potus.

Perhaps a lawsuit to force it before SCOTUS to say yea or nay on potus's little election rigging strategy.

I am exempt fro the ACA law simply because I already have insurance that meets the minimum requirements. Its just that easy...

I do too ... for now. Won't when ZEROcare kicks in.

Employer will not be able to afford it, and I will be unemployed. Simple mathematics: If more money goes out than comes in, businesses close. Our insurance cost has nearly doubled in just the last two years.

Add to that the fact that you can't keep the good help if they are all dropped to part time.

Without good help, we won't be able to get much of the grunt work done. That will reduce income, costs will rise ... and so will unemployment.

And regardless of what Zeroman tells you, unemployment will necessarily rise. Underemployment will necessarily increase. Median income will necessarily decrease. We will become like the Russians in the last days of the USSR. A nation of beggars, hoping we can buy a loaf of bread at the market before they run out.

Communism was so grand!

Maybe companies will fire everyone and hire them as independent contractors rather than hourly employees to get around the insurance .

I have been giving this deep thought. Trying to look through the hype and smoke grenades.I see something I missed before. Perhaps BO set this up to fail on purpose! Perhaps he is guiding it to produce what he originally wanted and knew wouldn't be accepted. Everyone knows he sides with the freeloaders from his stint in Acorn. I think he is trying to expand free health care for the freeloaders while shifting the cost to the working folks so he is delaying the cost impact to after the election. After the election, he will cherry pick the remains of this mess and have it his way. I hope there are enough people left that understand what is happening here and actually go out and vote to correct this situation. We need a large turnout this coming election, not the minimal turnout we had last vote. Frank...

We need voter ID laws too. When your getting 110% turnout at precincts in key states that is a major red flag..

Let's see you need a photo ID to drive, fish, hunt, cash checks, board a plane, get a passport, buy tobacco, buy alcohol, apply for food stamps, welfare and medicare, apply for unemployment or a job, rent or buy a house/apartment/trailer, get married, buy a gun, adopt a pet, rent a hotel, buy a cell phone, go to a casino, pick up a prescription, hold a rally or protest, donate blood, get in R rated movie, buy a M rated video game, even purchase certain over the counter cold medicines...............

But no ID to vote because according to liberals it will suppress voting among the poor......

How the heck did the poor apply for their food stamps, welfare, or any other social program with out an ID much less any of the other 2 dozen examples above..

Maybe we should re write it, and have maybe 100 or 200 Lib's who do not communicate with each other sit down and come up with what they think is good for us. Then maybe overwhelm the system with 55 lb's of paper gibberish and give it to the lazy idiots who have no time to read it on the golf course and pass it. Ooops didn't they do that ..............................NEVER MIND.

I say check the voter rolls and if you voted for it you get it. I didn't so leave me alone.

why does most healthcare insurance have to be tied to employment, private or public? For all you guys that rail against "socialism" are you ready to give up your social security and medicare, or state/city provided insurance plans that are paid for by the ones that don't have that luxury?

Again, WHY DOES MOST HEALTHCARE INSURANCE HAVE TO BE TIED TO EMPLOYMENT? Does that make those that are no longer employed due to the great recession unworthy of healthcare insurance?

Be realistic Davest, I have paid into Social Security since it started and I pay an ever increasing price for Medicare. They aren't free by any means. Frank...

In my experience Davest, You can buy insurance on your very own! And you do not have to be employed to buy it.. So what the heck are you spewing on about?

I will give you a secret, up until lately it was cheaper to get it on your own than if you were a part of a small group insurance program. But then, you will find out more about insurance than you ever thought possible in the next 10 years.
