I turned on my detector for about 20 second goofing off outside my back door and got a beep. I don't know how old this thing is but it's interesting. It's about 2" x 1.5"

Edited, about 20 minutes ago I went out to the front yard and found a '56 silver dime, I have been over my yard four times in the last two weeks and it just keeps coming up with stuff.

Super nice find.And a find like that which was done in 20 seconds after you turned on that detector would mae me continue till the whole yard was searched. That pin seems really old to me.

I have searched my yard several times and stuff just keeps coming up. It's funny because I've always heard it beep right there but never dug it because there are so many nails in that spot.
