Enchilada Casserole
2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg (Mc Cormic) Cheezy taco seasoning.
1 can chile beans
1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated cheese (mild cheddar)
8 oz sour cream
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can black olives
1 large bag plain or Nacho cheese doritoes
Smash doritoes in the bag and pour into cake pan.
Cook hamburger in a pan ,drain off grease and add
beans,rotel,mushroom soup, mushrooms,and cheezy taco seasoning.
simmer about five minutes ,turn off burner,add sour cream,stir in and pour over doritoes in cake pan.
Sprinkle olives over the top,and then cheese.
Put in the oven at 350 degrees just until the cheese melts good.
Enjoy.
