Well I wanted a pin pointer and couldn't justify spending $130 For the Garrett right now. I bought the Harbor Freight kinda version ... Centec . Same exact thing , different name , on Amazon. ( I don't buy anything online except through them ... Had credit card info stolen twice through Internet ) I know it'll be a far cry from Garrett , but i'm sick of empty holes.
So my question is have you had one of these? Any suggestions to get the best I can from it? And I hear the switch is the worst problem , any ideas on how to protect it from breaking?

Jimmi - replacing the switch is pretty easy. Wait till your original one goes bad.
