Very unusual. I am thinking it is more 1960's hippy jewelry IMO. Great piece.

I would have it checked to see if it was gold. And almost looks like blue sapphire with a gold top and maybe diamond?

Pretty positive they are not lapis stones. Possibly sapphires as BK mentioned or tanzanite or??

It looks like the light shows through the stones in the pictures. I believe lapis are not transparent. It does look like a gold top. Very pretty ring.
