Etal detecting a grwat weight lose!

So started MDing a few weeks back and shedding the weight. I do a walking paper route on top of it and lost a lot from it in the hips. But MDing has helped with the belly and moobs lol. All that digging and stooping I'm figuring. Anyone else loose weight doing this great hobby?
