I look back on the year, and yes I have "favorite" finds. But I do wish to believe that my best find was the 12-25-53 sterling bracelet I returned to the owner and did not picture in this batch of 2017 finds. That date was when his future wife gave him the bracelet prior to marrying. He was 89 years old, living in assisted living, and his wife had passed some years before. That is back in his family where it belongs.

Thank you my friend! Not a lot of "wealth" down in this neck of the woods, mostly just the same places over and over again. I don't have the charisma needed to knock on doors. Fortunately Steve is far more likeable I need to do some door knocking this year danged it! Steve is my hero, but then so are you - legendary! I can't come near your skills. You'd still kick my butt on my turf!
