I have enough encounters with spirits when I am detecting in the woods, I don't need to pay to get freaked out in a building! LOL
The building looks awesome and it looks like is should be haunted!

The only encounter with spirits I would willingly pay for would be down at the local liquor store. That pic of the place does have a kinda foreboding feel about it.

Been to Waverly once. I wouldn't want to be there alone.

can you elaborate on encounters with spirits while detecting in the woods?
I have been wondering if anyone has had them. Ispend lots of time in woods alone, even when just dark, only hearing things though-my vision is concentrated on the ground obviously

Waverly has been shown on several TV shows and I'd love to visit that creepy place. That cellar hallway seemed to be the most frightening place to me.

Waverly hills Sanitorium in Louisville, KY,
one of the most haunted places on earth.
We have been on several tours of this place and it was worth the money.

Visiting relatives I see.
