dd, I'm originally from Exeter Township and have not heard of the railway. Where is it on Mt Penn? BTW, I know of an old train station that probably has never been detected yet. Well off the beaten path.

The Mt Penn gravity railroad came up from the train yard in town and went straight up the mountain to the fire tower, went down skiline drive to list road, crossed angora and went out to hill road above the nature museum at Antietam lake. It followed hill road for 1/4 mile turned into the woods and passed what once was ticklers roost ( a winery in the late 1800's ). Went threw woods to egelmans park and down under the Lindberg viaduct to the old Pendora Park. Made a u turn and went back. Wildwood Park was at the intersection of Hill and List.
