I've cracked two of the Excalibur II coil covers since January of this year. Does anyone have a good source for purchasing these online? Thirty to forty dollars a pop seems a bit steep for a piece of plastic. Any tips on repairing the cracked covers? Maybe spray truck bed liner over the crack? My warranty expires in three months.

I know this is a little late, been gone from here for awhile. I have been using the excals since wow hard to remember back that far, the horseshoe model. Anyway I have yet to use a coil cover and never will, they get clogged up with sand tend to cause falsing and generally are a royal pain. Haven't worn through a coil yet, seen many that use the spray on bed liner with no ill effects.

How are you cracking the coils? From rocks? I have had the same coil for 3+ years without an issue.
