Was just walking near a drainage spout, near a basketball court. A glint off the sun caught my eye.

Don't always need a detector, ya know? Just keep the peepers open.
It looks like a pretty solid setting but the stone is too scratched up to be a diamond. Unless they just don't make diamonds like they used to, ya know?

I know a diamond is hard but is it possible, at all, to scuff up the surface? Even if it had been walked on for years on the ground? :icon_scratch:

Anyway, Blingie was happy to see even a fake diamond stud earring. :)

I've noticed since I've started this hobby I find myself always looking down where evere I'm walking. I can't even count the number of people I've nearly ran into!!
