I don't know anything about the Delta. I do own a F5. I like mine. It gives you all the info on the screen that you will ever need. You can adjust on the fly, and target ID is pretty good on shallow finds. It is a little bit of a learning curve, but not bad. Ground balances nice and easy to do. No menus to navigate. Easy to notch. All metal mode and 4 tone settings. Everything I was looking for in a mid-range detector. Pinpointing with it is easy after you practice. Fast recovery speed.
