Family Vacation Road Trip

Took a road trip this past weekend with my family...
Called banks in the car on the way, and I located over $200 in halves.
Sadly, about $185 of that was at a credit union where they have to have an acct. to exchange cash.
So, I picked up $41.50 in halves and got exactly:
Zip
Zilch
Nada

Thankfully, there was a branch of one of my account banks near our hotel, so I dropped 4 rolls there (kept the $1.50 for fun) and deposited them along with all the cash I had brought along for CRH, so I didn't have to carry it for the rest of the weekend.
I was so excited that day, I forgot to ask the tellers if they had seen any interesting coins lately. The good news is, the teller at the CU that wouldn't sell asked if I was looking for silver (I told her yes, because I never plan to visit them again since this branch is about 300mi from my home), and told me "We go through it all the time. There's nothing in there."

Anyway, that's my lackluster weekend CRH!
HH,
Nick

Couldn't hurt to try, ya never know. Yes, lots of tellers go thru the customer coin, especially the halves. ffd
