Fancy suspender clip

Found this brass clip or buckle from what I think may be a pair of suspenders. Got this in Denver while visiting my son and family. Has a nice Western motif I thought! Also got this fancy whistle, never seen one like this shape. Thanks for looking. Lloyd

Yep,that is from a set of Ring suspenders,and one of the coolest I have seen!Screams 1870's!!!

Both of these as well as a Denver Tram button, which was posted earlier, all had been under water ( no antique store ) and found in black mud. Also found a pair of handcuffs. Thanks for the ID information.
