After about 2 months of constantly being busy I finally get time to get my AT Pro back out to detect for a few hours. I decided to go back to my favorite spot that produced most of my good finds and a few being firsts for me. I didn't expect to find much because I've hunted this site more than a dozen times pretty hard. The home was built around the late 1860s from what I've been told. I hit the front yard only to dig a few pieces of trash I missed b4. Then moved to the side yards with the same result. Then I swung my way to the back yard and finally got some decent tones. One find I almost thought it was junk until I cleaned most of the dirt off. It was my first lid to a merry Carter's 3 condom tin. I've always seen people online find them and I was happy to finally see one in my plug. The next interesting find also had me fooled. I thought I had found a link to a chain but after a little cleaning I realized that I had found what I believe is two rivets with a flower design with leather still attached. If anyone can help with more info about what it is And what it could of went on please help me out. The last find I also need some help with. I believe it's an old charm or maybe an earring I'm not too sure. It has a floral design and what looks to be some king of stone in it. Well that's all I have today. HH

Looks like a great spot to hunt Cody, a nice open, close cropped lawn. I really like that little piece of jewelry. It looks Victorian. No idea on the two rivet piece , but it could be part of some horse tack/harness.
