Finally Found Some Gold!! Hope the Slump is Over!

The last few times I've been out, I've been skunked. The beach is really sanded in pretty bad so I figured ya gotta hunt for the fresh drops and hope your lucky.

Thought I'd just hit So Beach again since there's always a lot of people swimming there. Found the usual ga zillion pull tabs, $4.85 in clad, a junk ear ring, a .925 ring, and FINALLY a piece of gold. 14k men's yellow and white gold, 6.8dwt/10.6g!

Dig, have you been in the water lately? I think the weathergirl on TV said the surf temp is 87 degrees, it's not even really refreshing, but still beats wearing wetsuits!! Kinda feels like a warm bathtub. LOL!
