Hello!

Last week I was able to get a great deal on a slightly used MineLab E-Trac. I had to sell my Explorer SE to get it. I've been so busy at work that I haven't been able to go detecting very much, but today I got out for several hours and had some fun!

I really like this E-Trac! I found my first silver coin and Indian Head cent with it today ~ 1945-S Mercury Dime and a 1897 Indian Head cent! I also dug a silver ring and plenty of pocket change.

This Merc dime is my silver coin find #31 for the year.

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Is that a big upgrade in machine? It sounds like you did really well with the SE.

Rings and old coins, that's a great day.

Nice hunt.

Thanks man!

I wouldn't say it was a "big" upgrade ~ but the E-Trac has a few features that the SE didn't have. I especially like being able to see the digital numbers and smart screen at the same time.

nice job on the silver! Why did you choose to upgrade?

Thanks!

I couldn't pass up the great deal that I got on this e-trac ~ I really wasn't in the market to buy a new detector but I sold my SE pretty fast to re-coop most of the money I spent.

Way to kick it off with the new machine :icon_thumleft: I switched from the SE to the E-Trac a couple months ago, I am loving it. Slaying the silver this year. ;D
