After over a month of knee problems, I think I'm on the mend. Well, at least good enough to go dig for a little while. Got permission to hunt what used to be my grandmothers house. Very small city-type yard. As a kid, a family friend had detected the yard and remember a spot near the sidewalk where he dug 4 or 5 Indian Head pennies from one hole. Well, that's been 30 years ago or more, so I decided I'd have a crack at it. Found about $2.00 worth of clad, but also saved this Injun from it's burial ground! Right out of the front yard! The back side has a GREAT looking patina!

Thanks for looking and happy hunting!

Way to go. I love those Indians. You are right the back side has a great green. Hope the knees calm down and let you keep hunting.
