Finally, hit some sales and found good stuff!

My son had something he had to do at 8 this morn so I dropped him off and hit a few neighborhood sales. First stop TREK 600 mountain bike for $25! Needs tubes and maybe a new seat and is in great shape. This is exactly what we were looking for as our kids have recently taken up mountain biking and we would like to do that too so my hubby should be set.

Another sale found this stuff...

I spent $11.50 on the gold. Includes 14k flower pendant, 10K bracelet, 10K with at least 18K nuggets on top pendant and earrings. The posts on earrings and bail on pendant are 14K so a mix of different karat golds. Below I spent $1.50 on a sterling bracelet and two Sterling necklaces.

Great buy on the bike. I have had several Trek bikes including both touring and mountain styles. I currently own a Trek 800 (I think that's the model) mountain. Solidly built. I have bought and sold a couple and can usually get around $125 on Craigslist.

They are nice bikes, light weight, and the best part is we were looking for one and found one for a great price.
