Can you make out the last number in the Merc date

If it is a "1" you got a good coin. 1921 Merc's either no mint mark or D are the 2nd and 3rd rarest Merc's. Finding any Merc is a good one, though.......

No I cannot see the last number just the very top. I think it is a seven

....my son thinks it is a three!
