Finally some GOLD!!!

I got out to the beach today. It was very cold and and windy, but the sand wasnt frozens so i was determined to get some detecting in. Was on the beach area for about and hr and got absolutely nothing. not even a penny. I decided that i was going to pack it in early and on my way out i would hit the path leading to the showers and bathroom. I got a weird hit about 20 feet in and tried a scoop full. Nothing. then on the secound it was out of the ground. I shook out the dirt and there was my first GOLD ring. Boy was i excited my exact words were " no F****** way. But there was still one thing to do. Check the mark. There on the inside it said PMS 10Kp. i was praying it wasnt 10k plated and according to my web search its just another marking for 10k. One of my goals for this year was gold and i never thought i would reach it so early. thanks for looking.
