found a few too.I Have no idea,except they look like they clipped on to something with thows little flaps.Someone must know?

cabinet door latch, possibly from an old house boat. Lots of possibilities.

See my post above .. IT is a twist/turn catch as shown above, with many applications from buggy curtains to women's purses. I have never seen this type of latch used on a cabinet.

Yep more of a fabric latch. I knew I'd seen many of these made of red brass on our old houseboats

I remember winter grille fronts that latched like that in the 80's. Would come with a bag of turn locks similar to these to attach to your grille.
