Key Finds for the week
* 5 Mercury Dimes - no special dates, but still fun to find.
* 1949 Roosevelt Dime - First time lifetime find. Down to 5 left to complete the silver Roosevelt set from CRH.
* 1943-D War Nickel - Although my 3rd of the year, I had only found 1 in the previous 2 years. The key war nickel, if there is such a thing.

mercs. are either my favorite, or one of my favorite coins...nice score! the other day i got a box of dimes and scored 3xmercs, 3xroosies, 1x2010-D, & 1x2009-P dimes...dimes are extremely fun, easyer to dump, less weight per box, and dang fun/good at producing keepers! keep up the good work!

Nice finds. Do you just search bags? I'm going to start getting bags soon, just waiting for the machine to fill. Good work on those nickels. That's a lot of pre 60's

Yes, I almost exclusively search bags. Occasionally the odd box of halves or something, but not often as I can't really keep up as it is...

Bags are more entertaining (I like the extra variety provided by bags..foreigns, missorts, odds and ends, etc), faster, less garbage, and I don't have to special order them. I just pick up whatever is full off the machine. So some weeks I end up with a lot and other weeks not so much.

Of course, I pick up at like 3-5 banks a week (depending on my cash supply and time).
