Finds from the last two days - strange bubbled half

I stopped at a bunch of banks Wednesday and Thursday looking for CWRs. I picked up $710 in halves, $300 in dimes and $300 in nickels. I found six 40%ers and a strange 1971 with a bubble on the face. I also found two 1964 dimes and three war nickels.

Sorry about the picture quality - I took them on my cell phone. The last photo is my coins in jars ready to go to the one bank that I know of with a coin counter in my area.

interesting, I am curious to know as well, I have one with a bubble the size of a pea, not as huge as yours.

Did you weigh the bubbled half? If the weight is normal it could have been exposed to high enough temperatures to melt the copper center, but not the copper-nickel?
