Fine Silver Diamond Engagement Ring

Yep, it's true. They do make fine silver diamond engagement rings. Didn't want to post this one until I was sure, jeweler says this one is real and that the diamond looks to be a very pure grade. (Didn't have it cleaned and appraised, for now it goes in a box until I take a hunting break.) This one was found on a night raid about 8" down in a "vary hard" dry sand cut, didn't think I was ever going to be able chisel my way down to target.

Bill, I about hit the floor when I saw what some of these fine silver engagement rings went for. I didn't even realize they had become so common in recent years. Makes me wonder about some of those silver rings with nice settings that I gave to the boys girlfriends.

with diamond prices down and gold up it only stands to reason that people would start putting more diamonds in silver rings. nice find!

Last year I gave two silver rings with stones to my mother-in-law who later gave them to my grand daughters. I should take a look at them again. I did not have them tested. Oh well, at least they are still in the family. Papa

I guess if you pay less for the metal, The bigger the diamond can be!
I do know people that like Silver but not gold, All ways thought they were kind of odd ducks.

Great Great..... find. Ive tested a couple of my silver rings lately and it appears they are putting real diamonds in some now. Before even ARA just melted silver and didnt remove any stones from silver..... they may have to relook that. Ive found a couple China rings that look like that.... just makes you sick. Thats a beauty.....

Great find.
Silver is used by several people because their skin is sensitive to gold ( lower than 20kt ). I know several ladies that gold leaves a stain on their skin and some get a rash on the area of wear. Perhaps the PH is low on their bobies, low PH will not tarnish silver or high karat gold.
