TAMAQUA - A 13-year-old Tamaqua Area Middle School student is facing charges of disorderly conduct after an incident at the school about 8 a.m. Wednesday.
State police at Frackville said that in addition to the charge that will be filed in district court, the student is also receiving a suspension from school.
The seventh-grader, police said, made a gesture with his fingers in reference to a gun while pointing at other students.
