Finished up my backyard...

Was nice weather, but stuck at the house....so what do I do?! Hit up my backyard of course! Found a bottle which looks old to me :O, some small piece of lead I believe because of its very heavy weight. Also found 16 cents .

There's no dropper inside , I think the cap is a metal twist cap...hard to tell cause its heavily rusted. Is there anyway this bottle could have botulism and kill me if I open it?
