So yesterday I finished up gridding off the two big yards at the early 1900's house from a few days ago.
I ended up with 35 wheats pennies, 2 IH's (1898 & 1906), and a circa 1930's "1 Fils - Ghazi l -Iraq coin. A shoutout to member "Bramblefind" for IDing this strange coin for me.
I just couldn't believe that after digging that many wheat pennies and also modern clad, that there was not one silver coin in the yard.
But the good news is, I did find TWO nice sterling rings from the 1950's. I dug one in each of the two yards. The makers marks are the same too.
I wanted to thank member "Red-Coat" for not only ID'ing the makers mark on the rings, but also providing an original ad from Sept. 1950 which happens to show the exact model rings that I dug. Amazing!!!
Other than the coins and rings, I found some other odds-n-ends & doo-dads.
Thanks to everyone for l@@king, but most of all for your help and input.
