First Ever V Nickel-pics added

After the sweet short hunt at our Bed and Breakfast I had yesterday, another hunt today was a must.
The boy and I hit it together today but, looks like yesterday was more of a teaser hunt then anything. We found a few things but, not the finds like we thought we'd find.
I found 4 more bullets, 2 Williams cleaner and 2 Sharps and then my first ever V nickel, a 1907. All the boy found was a Infantry button and a couple of the smallest round balls I've ever seen. Lol
No pic yet of the boy's finds.

Nice digs those nickels don't seem to show up that often those small round balls can be a pain to find but if you find those you know the area is OLD

Nice finds DS. The nickel looks to have really good detail. I have one, but it is porous and rusty.

I looked awhile before I got a buffalo, thought I'd never find a V nickel. Guess I can start a long countdown now for a shield nickel.

Here's a pic of the boys finds for this hunt finally. The big brass piece we believe to be part of a CW Calvary Sword Belt Buckle.
