finds! Bought my metal detector (Ace 250) yesterday, and started to check out my yard. First find was a penny, second was a 46 yr old dog tag. Gotta start somewhere!

I think this was a good choice for me. I've got fibromyalgia, so I needed something really lightweight. It's probably crazy that I'm even doing this, but it will get me moving more, so that is good. Now lets just hope I can get these pictures posted!

aaaarrrgghhh!
Ok, I compressed or whatever the pix, "attached them", clicked on the camera icon above the smiley faces to put them in the text box, hit post - what did I do wrong?

Good finds :icon_thumright: I got an Ace 250 recently too and have been trying it out. So far I really like it, just need to get better with pinpointing. Anyone know of a good cheap pinpointer? Perhaps around like $40-50 or less? I mean, I'd love a pro-pointer but simply can't justify the $110 expense right now, but I would like something to tell me where exactly in the hole my target is :laughing9:
