First gold today. Yippee!
I have been to this park twice. First on Friday when I found the childs ring and the carved
one. Back today and signals everywhere. Lots of junk but then another silver ring and then
the GOLD
I love my Ace.

Wow, nice finds Kiwi-J. About 10 yrs ago, all I found in N Z was a pocket full of common coins AND a 1943 Florin..... at least the Florin was silver.

Nice post. I especially like when people go to the extra trouble of including a photo of their search site. I would like to know do you search in "all metals" "coins" or "jewelery" mode on your Ace250. There's no arguing with your results.

I hunt in jewelery mode pretty much everywhere. I had the sens right back to 3 or 4 bars today
as the grass was long and the coil was 'pinging' on the seed heads giving false signals.
