First gold?

Found a few rings and a sterling silver pendant. Maybe 2 gold? One appears to have eight diamonds, and we can read KT on the inside of it, though we can't tell what the number is before it. I think it is either a 14 or 24, but we're not sure. The string starts with ART RV. No idea what that could mean. This is my first post, sorry for any blurriness in the pictures. We'll do better next time. Thanks!
