I like it, very well built. :)

You might think about hogging out the 2x4 sides to make it lighter, maybe add a couple strap grips to make it easier to pack.
 

Thanks neo. Iv actually been thinking about shaving the sides down a bit just for weight like you said. I had a blast putting it together.
 

Now you need to get it to Broken Bridge and run some dirt through it..

I am hoping to meet up with a club member at the Shell on Saturday and we might try and run some dirt highbanking. Good health and good hunting...
 

Yeah, a cheap Harbor Freight Router would do the trick perfectly. :)
 

Ya it would but I think I'm just going to run the sides on my dads table saw and cut about a quarter inch off each side making it nice and purrdy lol
 

Did you run some dirt through that sluice yet?????? Best way to find it, is to get out and look for it and the worst day on the creek is better than the best day at work...
