To start off, no pictures as I dropped my camera and jammed the lens
But, I finally got out. This warm streak of weather has made the ground nice and muddy and easy to detect. Scored two wheaties 1919 and 1936. Got a burned 1959D Rosie and $2.10 in clad. Also got a 12 GA shotgun shell, a Chrysler car key and the best thing was an old hood ornament. It is pretty beat up and corroded but its a greyhound dog leaping forward. The tail and front legs are snapped off, but from pictures online I think I have it narrowed down to around the 1930's era and probably comes from a Ford vehicle. Once I get my camera up and running I will post a pic of it. It's quite heavy and very cool looking. Hope everyone else is able to get out and hunt.
