Got permission to hunt a vacant lot and had 2 afternoons to spend there digging, first real hunt of the year. After the second day, I had found $2.10 in clad, 7 wheaties, a 1904 dog tag, a Hubley Double Derringer cap gun, a Princess Pat powder compact (haven't managed to open it yet), a trashed 1933 Plymouth Motors promotional ashtray, John Quincy Adams token and finally, 20 minutes before it was time to call it quits, I dug a 1944 Merc.

I was kinda let down by the amount of old coins but there is still a lot of digging to do there :)

Thanks for looking!

Some really good variety. That 1904 dog tag promises some older coins. Nice job on the c 1950's toys.
Love the Mercury Dime. Congratulations

Yeah, I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately the oldest known for Mt Pleasant is 1903........... so close

Yeah, my friend actually dug the harmonica reed. I told him what it was but he tossed it in with my trash anyway.
