Hey all, just got this off craigs list and im wondering what exactly it is. It looks to have a major minting error. Any info or history on it would be great, im not finding much.
first post in 7 years. need help with 1775 copper ID!

1775 King George III half penny? Could be a contemporary counterfeit that was messed up during the "minting" process they used back then.
