I went metal detecting with my tesoro compadre I started off with 2 pennies and a wheatie 1952. We changed locations to the woods behind the dollar general. We saw some tires from the 1940-1970 the kind with white on them so we detected around there. I got a great sounding signal even with disc all the way to pennies. I saw a quarter that was shiney my heart skipped a beat I saw a 196 I rubbed a little more it looking like the left side of a 6 and a got a little sad but then it was actually a 0 YAY a 1960 d and that's my first silver ever.
