Looks a lot like my uncles Sod Farm[emoji23] I’ve never detected his before, but wouldn’t be a bad idea

Was there anything there before the sod farm?

It’s not far from the River bottoms, I haven’t looked at any old maps of that area, but on the same road there, there used to be a house on the same side that was there since the late 1800’s. I know there is some Indian artifacts out there after a good rain. I never really paid attention to any broken bricks, or house stone. I did find some broken pottery so I assume there was a structure there at one time.

The Meadows have had activity since 1635,most of it farming.

Wow. Yeah that would be a perfect place to hunt. Unfortunately here in Arkansas, things don’t go that far back[emoji23]
