First Time Out

Hello everyone just want to post this pic in here. I am brand new to detecting and this forum. I found these today on my first trip out. The roller buckle has RAU.F and PROV.RI stamped on it. The flat plate has no stampings and would really like to know what it could be. The harness buckle has no stamps either.

Thanks guys I can't hardly stand waiting till the weekend to get back at it. The lighter was my best find mariposagold it had been in hiding in my truck JK. Thanks though everyone.
