First times field-combing,Aug.-Oct. 2008

Hi,
Untill last years fall,I prefered to hunt on WW2 battlefields.After registrating in a german MD forum,users asked me:"Why you don't hunt on fields after harvesting?" So I did.
The pictures are not arranged,because I took them after coming home each hunting day.I started august and finished at october 15th,the winter-wheat seed-time.Only one single little field was visited;the finds reach from 300 AC. to 1945:

I never dug so many interesting finds on such a small area before,so I'll continue.I dug up 3 WW2 motar-shells,too and called the police.So the other farmers up there gave me permissions,because they want to know,if their own fields are clean or not.I have to take only a 20minute bicycle-ride to join that area.Perfect!

Winter's gone and I joined a lane beneath my superior field.Some hours of MDing didn't course realy great finds,but I don't care.Time will tell.
Two lead seals of the 'Royal East-Railways',one is 'Station Hirschau',the other's 'Station Posen'.Some trash coins,including '1 Silbergroschen 1825';and a curiosity: a lead-tip of a blackjack,a famous self-defense weapon of the 1920th-1930th.
A lot of trash of all kinds (bottle caps,foil,iron pieces,WW2 trash....),but I will continue cleaning up this lane.Never surrender!
