Don't know what that first thing is, maybe geofact but man oh man, you found some good stuff. Very well done! :notworthy:

My guess is geofact. Roots wrap around stones and create the wear that you see. Just my humble opinion.

Some great looking point there!

The first piece is natural and formed by erosion. The "lines" you see are actually veins of a harder material and as the softer material erodes away they are exposed. Not all that uncommon around Ohio.

Nice looking Stanly Point though at high noon in the first picture and it looks like some nice Scrapers in those pics as well. Pretty good hunt it you ask me.
